THIS IS DIVINATION

Reading these words is divination. The process of reading, the process of learning, the process of asking and receiving is aware of itself right now, as it was for the ancestors who are reading now through our eyes, and those who will come after you, according to what you read now.

As you read the first face your read long ago as a child, and responded to the way that face responded to you, every thing you’ve seen since, since so long ago, is sign - a response to a question, whose language is transmission itself.

At this very moment, you can give yourself permission to receive this transmission while reading these very words. Because that transmission is alive, it can’t be described, only felt - performed. The function of the words you are reading is to awaken you to the fact that

you are your own reading,

you are an experience that occurs in dialogue.

If you are even willing to be open to the potential meaning of this intuition, then your body is already responding. This is divination.

This body itself is the very life of call and response.
